Purchase Offer
Well we have done it. We submitted an offer for a home in Cedar Hills Utah! We both like the home but it does need work like lots of painting over the lavendar colored walls. Good thing I know some sisters that are professional painters that said they are willing to come up and paint the walls for us! Sorry Hanny and Min, Tia signed you up thinking you would be thrilled with the idea. So, you are on the hook. Get your drop clothes out girls! 
The house is a short sale so there is a real possibility we wont get it. Shane seems to think that the bank might be ready to deal now so we’ll keep you posted. We planned to go up on Friday to see the house but Noah had been throwing up all day so Juli went with Shane while I got to watch the kids! Juli took some pictures with her iPhone so this is what we have for now. If our offer is accepted, we will get some better pics up.

Love it! Even if it is in Utah…I would be happy to come paint your lavendar walls for you. As long as it’s after May 12th. I get out of jail, I mean I get out of nursing school, on May 12th. I work for unlimited Diet Dr Pepper and chocolate chip cookies.
